About The Position

This role involves assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products. The assembler will use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment, following standardized work instructions, engineering drawings, and detailed manufacturing procedures. Key responsibilities include inspecting assembled products for quality, fitting and adjusting parts to meet tolerances, repairing or reworking products that do not meet standards, meeting daily production targets, documenting production activities, and adhering to all safety policies and guidelines.

Requirements

Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move materials or components weighing up to 35 pounds in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
Follow standardized work instructions, engineering drawings, and detailed manufacturing procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
Inspect assembled products and components to verify conformance with quality standards and product specifications.
Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet established tolerances and operating requirements.
Repair or rework products that do not meet quality requirements and perform corrective assembly activities as directed.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
Accurately document production activities and complete required manufacturing records.
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
