About The Position

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Follow standardized work instructions, engineering drawings, and detailed manufacturing procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately. Inspect assembled products and components to verify conformance with quality standards and product specifications. Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet established tolerances and operating requirements. Repair or rework products that do not meet quality requirements and perform corrective assembly activities as directed. Meet daily production targets while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements. Accurately document production activities and complete required manufacturing records. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move materials or components weighing up to 35 pounds in a manufacturing environment.

Benefits

  • $20.25/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium, plus bonus potential and benefits.
