Requirements

High School diploma; and up to at least one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have basic shop math skills, and ability to read and interrupt blueprints

Responsibilities

Assembles of various materials such as plastic, metal, rubber to produce small products such as roller brackets, voice annunciators or subassemblies.
Bolts, screws, clips, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together.
Works at bench as member of assembly group assembling one or two specific parts and passing units to another worker.
Loads and unloads previously setup machines such as arbor presses, drill presses, taps, spot-welding machines, riveting machines, milling machines, or broaches, to perform fastening, force fitting, or light metal cutting operation on assembly line.
Works at different workstations as production needs require or shifts from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor.
