About The Position

Join Our Team as an Assembler I at Pure Fishing in Sandwich, IL! We are looking for all shifts: 1st (6:00-2:30PM), 2nd (2:00PM-10:30PM), 3rd (10:00PM- 6:30AM). Reel in your dream job and cast your skills into action—join the Pure Fishing team as our Assembler I and help us keep everything running smoothly, hook, line, and sinker! As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role keeps our operations moving, and you’ll be an essential part of bringing our products to life.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• A stellar record of attendance, safety, and performance.
• Basic math skills (we’ll test them if needed!).
• Respect for others, openness to feedback, and a willingness to share ideas.
• Strong motor skills, organization, and a team-first mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, twist and overhead lift.

• Packaging finished goods and checking for quality.
• Palletizing products like a pro.
• Keeping quality control standards top-notch.
• Performing physical tasks like lifting, twisting, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.).
• Following our safety warm-up program to stay injury-free!
