About The Position
Are you a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail? As an Assembler I, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our products to life. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, turning component parts into finished products that meet our customers’ exact specifications.
Requirements
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/GED preferred (but not required).
- 6 months of manufacturing and assembly experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the work area for efficient assembly.
- Fit parts together according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools as needed during the assembly process.
- Stack completed products following established procedures.
- If required, cover, label, and band finished components.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Verify equipment safety before operation.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklist and report any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Maintain production records as necessary.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform duties in line with safety, quality procedures, and standards.
- Engage in safety, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other relevant programs and meetings.
- Fulfill any other assigned tasks.
