About The Position

This position will be responsible for the care, direction, and guiding patients in the selection of optical products to accommodate their prescription and financial requirements in the outpatient setting of the Community Vision Center within Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP). Responsible for offering high quality eye and vision care with thorough examination and comprehensive treatments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate to patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Customer service oriented with excellent analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an Optical field preferred.
• Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), preferred.
