In this role, you will support the manufacturing of medical devices by performing a variety of assembly operations in a regulated production environment. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and contributing to high-quality products that impact patients around the world.   • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or medical device production.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work from diagrams or written procedures.
  • Basic manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise assembly tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection processes or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations.
  • Follow visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
  • Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools and equipment to prepare products and components.
  • Perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality.
  • Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain high product standards.
