Assembler I, Second Shift
About The Position
In this role, you will support the manufacturing of medical devices by performing a variety of assembly operations in a regulated production environment. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and contributing to high-quality products that impact patients around the world. - Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or medical device production.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work from diagrams or written procedures.
- Basic manual dexterity and the ability to perform precise assembly tasks.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes or regulated manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations.
- Follow visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools and equipment to prepare products and components.
- Perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies to ensure proper function and quality.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain high product standards.
