About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic assembly or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience with soldering techniques and electronic component handling.
  • Basic knowledge of testing equipment and quality control procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in electronics assembly or soldering (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with electronic products.
  • Familiarity with automated assembly equipment and inspection tools.
  • Ability to use computerized tracking and documentation systems.
  • Additional training in safety standards related to electrical assembly.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and electronic components according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Perform soldering, wiring, and component placement with high precision to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and functional testing to verify assembly integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
