About The Position

Assembles pre-cut components into completed solid surface countertops and commercial grade cabinets, store or restaurant fixtures. Performs repetitive assembly line operations. This is a temporary position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some Saturdays required. The pay rate is $18.00/HR for overtime.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Hand or Power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs required.
• Previous knowledge of tape measure, math, and use of hand or power tools required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and complete a wide variety of carpentry and assembler tasks.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime and weekends required.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly-type functions to produce cabinets, and/or countertops, using hand or power tools, in order to meet daily production objectives.
• Perform a wide array of carpenter related skills and tasks throughout the production cycle.
• Operate a variety of different equipment, including saws and hand tools, needed to perform the job.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Lead, or Production Manger.
• Complete daily production goals as directed by Production Supervisor or Production Lead.
• Required to follow all company Safety Rules and Procedures. (including but not limited to PPE)
• Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance to the assigned schedule provided.
• Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Other duties as assigned.
