About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 0-3 years related experience
• Must be a quick learner
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Must be either a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders] or have refugee or asylee status due to ITAR and EAR regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with resins and chemicals is a plus.
• Experience as an assembler is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies adhesive, installs liner, and trims product
• Masks surfaces to prepare items for bonding
• Must have the ability to use basic hand tools, for example, knives, tweezers, swabs, plug gages and micrometers
• Must be able to work around various machines such as coating tables, ovens, and presses
• Must be able to manage time effectively and work on various tasks at once
