About The Position

Radius Aerospace- Hot Springs is seeking an Assembler Associate to join their team. This is an entry-level position that performs a variety of assembly operations according to work instructions. The role involves setting up and making adjustments according to blueprint and work instruction specifications. Responsibilities include performing compound tests, fit checks, troubleshooting, and rework on components and/or assemblies, as well as data entry and suggesting improvements. The position also involves monitoring and verifying quality processes and assisting with inventory and cycle counts. The work environment is described as fast-paced and high-energy, fostering individual growth and rewarding performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Basic computer proficiency and functional knowledge with applications and activities
Strong attention to detail
Basic math and reading comprehension

Responsibilities

Able to identify and properly use basic pneumatic tools such as drill motors, dotco's and countersink cutters
Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Prepares work to be accomplished by understanding assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists
Read and Interpret drawings, illustrations, specifications and identifies their relevance to the manufacturing of parts
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assembles parts to subassemblies using bolts, screws, rivets, and demonstrates the proper use of adhesives.
Documents processes by properly completing production and quality forms.
Verifies all tools are in acceptable working condition including calibrated equipment and demonstrates the proper use of them
Good regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
