About The Position

This position involves mechanical and electrical component assembly, functional testing, and packing/crating of products. The apprentice will also train with peers and interface with multiple internal departments. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, ensuring all employees go home safely. The role requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, including Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and Operational Framework. Employees are expected to promote Mirion (Conax Nuclear) Standard of Excellence, fostering a culture of honesty and integrity, and complying with all government and corporate laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Requirements

• Basic use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Ability to read measurement tools (tape measure, scale, etc.).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Verbal and Listening Skills required.
• Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written form.
• Ability to understand the speech of another person.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and electrical component assembly.
• Mechanical and electrical functional testing.
• Packing and crating products.
• Training with peers & interface with multiple internal departments.
• Help ensure that all our employees going home safely at the end of their working day.
