About The Position

This position involves mechanical and electrical component assembly, functional testing, and packing/crating of products. The apprentice will train with peers and interface with multiple internal departments. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, ensuring all employees go home safely. The role also requires adherence to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Requirements

• Basic use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Ability to read measurement tools (tape measure, scale, etc.).
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Verbal and Listening Skills required.
• Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written form.
• Ability to understand the speech of another person.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and electrical component assembly.
• Mechanical and electrical functional testing.
• Packing and crating products.
• Training with peers & interface with multiple internal departments.
• Help ensure that all employees going home safely at the end of their working day.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Operational Framework.
