Requirements

Minimum of assistance and instructions required.
Ability to use mechanical and manual lifting equipment and essential tools.
Ability to spray paint standard primers, brush paint, stencil, and apply nameplates.
Ability to advise others when physically assisted.

Nice To Haves

Experience with expanding, rolling, and flaring tubes.
Knowledge of standard types of testing and flushing procedures.
Ability to take Painter/Assembler transfer at times.

Responsibilities

Assembles fabricated components to make complete units or sub assemblies according to established drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Operates machine or hand tools for assembly tasks.
Performs tube expansion, rolling, and flaring.
Applies knowledge of standard testing and flushing procedures.
Works with minimal need for assistance or instruction, and advises others when physical assistance is required.
Utilizes mechanical and manual lifting equipment and essential tools.
Prepares units for shipment, including making skids and boxes.
Applies standard primers via spray painting, brush painting, stenciling, and applying nameplates as required.
May be required to perform Painter/Assembler duties at times as directed by supervision.
Ensures quality parts and units and maintains production continuity through workman-like performance.
