About The Position

Assembler 3 can run any station on the floor and is capable of training others. This role involves the assembly of raw items into a finished product using tools such as flamers, rivet machines, punch presses, and other assorted hand tools. Responsibilities include packing and lifting cartons to pallets, properly tagging items for identification, and performing housekeeping duties within the workstation.

Requirements

• Able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs.
• Able to stand for entire shift.

• Work all shift and overtime as required.
• Able to pack out.
• Able to read Bill of Materials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets quality requirements and matches first piece approval.
• Operate punch press, rivet guns, and other support equipment as workstation dictates.
• Perform assigned duties in a timely, efficient, organized, and safe manner to meet customer and stock demands.
• Train others on assembly processes.
• Run any station on the floor.
• Pack and lift cartons to pallets.
• Properly tag items for identification.
• Perform housekeeping duties in workstation.
