About The Position

Assembler 3 can run any station on the floor and is capable of training others. This role involves the assembly of raw items into a finished product using tools such as flamers, rivet machines, punch presses, and other assorted hand tools. Responsibilities include packing and lifting cartons to pallets, properly tagging them for identification, and performing housekeeping duties in the workstation. The position requires ensuring product meets quality requirements and matches first piece approval, and the ability to operate punch press, rivet guns, and other support equipment as dictated by the workstation. The role demands performing assigned duties in a timely, efficient, organized, and safe manner to meet customer and stock demands set by the scheduling department.
