About The Position

This role involves assembling components and subassemblies by reading measurements and ensuring correct fit and fastening. The assembler will be responsible for meeting daily production targets with consistent speed and accuracy, while maintaining good time management and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
  • Blueprint reading – Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Tool proficiency – Skilled with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic machinery.
  • Measurement skills – Use of calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision.
  • Good time management.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools repeatedly.
  • Fine motor skills for small or detailed components.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Maintain consistent pace throughout shift.

  • MRP experience a plus.
