About The Position

Assembler 2 Responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under direct supervision. Your role: Communicated production issues and process disruptions to leadership, enabling timely resolution and minimizing operational downtime. Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow continuity. Operated manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely in accordance with established procedures, supporting efficient and compliant production processes. Maintained a strong focus on product integrity and workplace safety. Set up and adjusted equipment based on precise manufacturing requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with quality standards. Monitored equipment functionality to sustain production efficiency. Inspected output for defects and executed appropriate actions, including scrap or rework, to uphold quality expectations. Maintained accurate production records and utilized basic computer systems for documentation while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or vocational training required; no prior experience necessary, making the role accessible for entry-level candidates.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or interest in Environmental Health and Safety principles and core manufacturing practices.
  • Applies basic digital literacy to support production tasks and documentation.
  • Skilled or familiar with machine operations, equipment setup, and precision machining practices.
  • Supports quality monitoring and recordkeeping to ensure compliance with production and operational standards.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
