Requirements

Read tasks per sequence defined by electronic or hardcopy drawings and work instructions.
Follow standardized methods of work to accomplish an established set of assembly tasks.
Use tools including Component Lead Cutters and Crimpers, Forming and Insertion Press Fixtures, Hand Tools
Work from established product bill of materials and assembly drawings of products manufactured and previously manufactured products from a variety of Manufacturing Operations facilities.
Basic ability to read, write and speak English
A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 1 year of verified related experience

Responsibilities

Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies.
Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Perform repetitive assembly of pre-engineered electro-mechanical equipment control modules.
Working from hard copy and electronic assembly documentation and instructions, follow established sequencing of hardware and wiring installations using predefined tools and fixtures.
Take direction from manufacturing team leads in assigned workstations, provided by a Tester to perform rework of product test anomalies and performs general preparation before product shipment.
Provide manufacturing order support including engraving, labels, and reports.
