About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 1st shift. This role involves handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy and performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery. The assembler must follow methods and sequences of operations to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed. They are expected to understand and document daily production metrics accurately and may participate in projects as a team member to develop skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects. The role requires demonstrating Philips Behaviors, treating all team members with respect, and valuing their feedback.

Requirements

Good hand eye coordination
Communication skills (both verbal and written)
High school diploma, Vocational training or equivalent
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
