About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 1st shift. This role involves handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy, performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery. The assembler must follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented & controlled processes are followed, and be able to understand & document daily production metrics accurately. Participation in projects as a team member to support improvement projects is also expected, along with demonstrating Philips Behaviors and treating all team members with respect.

Requirements

Good hand eye coordination
Communication skills (both verbal and written)
High school diploma, Vocational training or equivalent
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
