About The Position
Performs a variety of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices. Works are performed following established standards using diagrams, drawings or other assembly procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience using a Microscope.
- Reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
Responsibilities
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings.
- Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervision.
- Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages.
- Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record.
- Comply with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process while demonstrating an understanding of the SPNC Quality System.
