About The Position

Join the Won-Door Corporation team as an Assembler 1 and play a key role in building high-quality commercial door products. This entry-level position is responsible for assembling door panel sections to precise specifications while supporting production goals, quality standards, and workplace safety. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, cutsheets, and sketches.
Proficient in using a tape measure and performing basic math calculations.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Nice To Haves

OSHA safety training certification preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1–3 months of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble commercial door products according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
Follow detailed shop floor traveler instructions.
Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Meet or exceed established production and quality standards.
Perform work within required precision standards, minimizing rework.
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Follow all established safety guidelines and procedures.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Assist in maintaining inventory and reporting shortages or issues.
Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
