About The Position

Milwaukee Electronics is hiring Electronic Assemblers (Assembler 1) to support PCB assembly, electronic manufacturing, and production operations. This role involves hands-on assembly, component placement, basic soldering, and quality inspection in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Requirements

Must pass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course within one year of employment.
Must achieve a passing score on the IPC-A-610 certification course (current revision) within one year of employment.
Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk.
Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Vision requirements include close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent resident, or individual granted asylum/refugee status in the U.S.) or can otherwise satisfy ITAR compliance requirements.
Must present acceptable proof of identity and current authorization to work in the U.S., as required on Form I-9 upon hire.
