This position assembles generator sets and sub-assemblies that include both standard and non-standard product lines. This will require using hand and power tools and following quality and procedural techniques. Pioneer the next generation of innovation. Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
• 3 years of mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools and equipment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and implement mechanical instructions, drawings, schematics and equipment used to perform mechanical assembly duties on Line 1 HPR Units
• Cross train in multiple assembly and mechanical areas and help in other areas based on necessity.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the products assembled and continuous learning of the principles, practices and processes of their job as changes require.
• Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality.
• Responsible for following safety and environmental procedures and established processes and policies.
• Provide input on continuous improvement opportunities within the department
