About The Position

The ASPIRE Internship Program at Ben E. Keith Foods is a paid, 11-week rotational experience designed to offer you a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the foodservice industry. For over 100 years, Ben E. Keith Foods has been a leader in the food distribution industry, specializing in purchasing, operations, logistics, credit, marketing, sales, and meat processing. We provide high-quality food products and services to restaurants across the United States, working across the entire food supply chain from sourcing to delivery. Our extensive experience and commitment to service excellence have made us a trusted partner in the industry.

Requirements

Must be graduating between May 2027 and May 2028
Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
Resume required with application
Pursuing degrees in fields such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics, Animal Sciences, Meat Sciences, Technology, or related disciplines.

Nice To Haves

Interns are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation for the internship's duration.
Relatives of current Ben E. Keith employees are not eligible to apply for the ASPIRE Internship.

Responsibilities

Rotate through multiple departments, gaining a well-rounded view of how the business operates.
Engage in small, impactful projects within each department to deepen understanding of the business.
Work on a group project with fellow interns, culminating in a final presentation to senior leadership.
Develop a solid understanding of the U.S. food supply chain and Ben E. Keith Foods' role in it.
