What You’ll Be Doing: An Asphalt Prep Foreman supervises site preparation crews, ensuring subgrade, base materials, drainage, and grading meet project specifications before paving.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in grading or site prep
Responsibilities

- reading blueprints
- operating heavy machinery (rollers, graders, skid steers)
- enforcing OSHA safety standards
- coordinating with paving teams
