Your primary responsibility will be to operate a wheeled loader safely to feed the asphalt plant during production cycles. You’ll also be tasked with maintaining a clean work environment by removing debris using the loader, skid steer, or shovel. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance on both the asphalt plant and mobile equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Requirements

2+ years experience with wheeled loader including maintenance
Keen attention to detail
Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Willing to perform manual labor as needed and directed by supervisor

Responsibilities

Operate a wheeled loader safely to feed the asphalt plant during production cycles.
Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris using the loader, skid steer, or shovel.
Perform preventative maintenance on both the asphalt plant and mobile equipment.
Assist with other production and maintenance activities.
