You will work alongside experienced team members on active jobsites throughout the Charleston area, learning the basics of asphalt paving, assisting with hands-on field work, and gaining valuable skills. Responsibilities

• Support asphalt paving operations on active jobsites
• Assist equipment operators and other crew members
• Shovel, rake, and lute asphalt as needed
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Help prepare areas for paving work
• Learn how roads, parking lots, highways, and large commercial sites are paved
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
