About The Position

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Asphalt & Paving Superintendent to manage paving and construction projects covering the state of Utah. Travel may be required when projects are located outside the normal area. Our Asphalt & Paving Superintendent earns a pay that is flexible and negotiable Depending on Experience, which is earned and paid weekly. Requirements

• Minimum 8000 hours of experience in an asphalt and paving construction environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Construction management degree or equivalent
• 2000 hours of experience in a construction industry managerial role
• Ability to travel as required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
