About The Position

We are seeking an Asphalt Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. From loading and unloading materials to operating hand and power tools, your hands-on involvement will contribute to the success of each project. Your commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with site supervisors and construction staff are key components of your role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

• Experience in construction or related industry preferred

• Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
