Requirements

Successful completion of a drug screening
Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work day and night shifts
Willingness to travel for out-of-town work
Weekend availability
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable asphalt experience

Responsibilities

Collect and manage all material tickets and receipts
Inspect trucks to ensure all required tools and equipment are present
Maintain and perform minor repairs on machines as needed
Execute jobs professionally and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and site maps (not required)
Complete job reports, work orders, and safety check sheets
Serve as a liaison between management and crew through clear communication
Conduct pre-route safety checks and report maintenance needs
Attend safety meetings and practice safe driving habits
Apply materials as assigned
Lead, delegate, and support crew members effectively
Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Able to Crosstrain asphalt crew members
