Requirements
- Previous asphalt paving experience is required
- Ability to work outdoors in hot weather and varying conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating asphalt rollers, pavers, skid steers, or related heavy equipment
- Experience as an asphalt raker or paving laborer
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in Asphalt Paving
- Experience in Asphalt Roller Operation

Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate asphalt rollers to achieve proper compaction
- Perform asphalt raking and hand finishing
- Assist with paving roads, parking lots, commercial sites, and other paving projects
- Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Perform general labor duties as needed
- Inspect equipment before and after use
- Maintain a safe and productive job site
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
