The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning and successfully managing the the launch of Apple products and programs worldwide. Aligning people, process and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the launch moment is enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is the advocate for the customer and represents the voice of Apple Store Online with partner teams, across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Content & Online Buy Flow, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Legal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect workstreams to business priorities
  • Strong influencing skills, coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization
  • English business proficiency
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen
  • Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing, planning and successfully managing the launch of Apple products and programs worldwide.
  • Aligning people, process and technologies to ensure the integrity of the launch moment is enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Representing the voice of Apple Store Online with partner teams, across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Content & Online Buy Flow, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Legal and external partners.
  • Managing strategic Online priorities through launch, and driving the program-level closed-loop process for better efficiencies and improvements.
  • Owning and managing the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams.
  • Managing leadership and partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Analyzing and tracking new and emerging risks, and developing comprehensive risk mitigation & contingency plans.
