Asleep Overnight Caregiver
About The Position
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves providing overnight care, with specific pay rates for awake and sleep hours. The position requires a driver's license held for at least one year with a clean driving record meeting Sevita's insurability policy. Weekend shifts are included as scheduled. The role is part-time, with hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. Caregivers will assist individuals with personal hygiene, support those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, aiming to help individuals live full, more independent lives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities
