About The Position

This is a full-time overnight caregiver position, working from 10 AM to 8 AM, which includes scheduled weekend shifts. The role involves providing rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well, fostering meaningful relationships, and empowering participants to engage in community activities. Caregivers will support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, assist with personal hygiene, and provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License held for at least 1 year (post permit)
• Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health
