About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time ASL Interpreter for a short term assignment at a school district in Everett, WA. This is an in-person position working with a great and supportive school district. Requirements

• EIPA score of 3.5 or higher and passing the written performance test
• EIPA scores of <3.5 may also be considered
• Fingerprinting required prior to start

Nice To Haves

• School-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 interpretation for a student throughout the school day
• Facilitate communication between the student, peers, and staff
• Support access to curriculum and social interactions in the classroom
• Collaborate with the student’s educational team
