About The Position

ContextGlobal is seeking ASL interpreters to provide support to students, staff, and community members across Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). The role involves facilitating effective communication between multiple parties, working between ASL and English, and understanding cultural and linguistic differences between communities. Pre-Employment Screenings: Because this work is in public schools, every assignment requires clearance. You will begin the criminal background check and fingerprinting process through MCPS or an MCPS-approved agency before your onboarding with us is complete, and clearance must be finished before your first assignment. ContextGlobal will reimburse the cost of the fingerprinting once you are cleared. An invoice must be provided with a valid copy of the receipt of payment. Interviews and screenings will be conducted in ASL and spoken English.
