ASL Driver
About The Position
Liberty Waste Solutions is currently seeking a dependable and safety-minded Automatic Side Loader (ASL) Driver to join our residential collection team. This position is responsible for operating an ASL truck to service assigned routes in a safe, efficient, and professional manner while delivering reliable service to our customers. The ASL Driver will conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections, safely operate automated equipment, and ensure proper collection of residential waste and recycling. Drivers are expected to follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and comply with all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies. This role requires early morning starts, the ability to work in all weather conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and accountability.
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Class B preferred).
- Minimum one (1) year of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
- Meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

- ASL experience is a plus.
