Requirements

Hospitality-oriented
Must be physically able to lift, push, pull, carry chairs and large towels that may weigh up to 80 pounds.
Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to guests' service needs, and sincerely thank guests upon departure.
Serve guests in all pool and beach areas by providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of gym, pool, and beach equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure a safe working environment.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all public pool, beach, and gym areas; lounge chairs, umbrellas, towel stands, water stations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
Will be responsible for all aspects of the beach (chairs, towels, cleaning, etc.).
Will be responsible for the daily setup of all beach chairs and cabanas.
Be informed of the hotel's daily operations, review event orders, and bulletin boards daily and stay up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
