About The Position
The DSP ASIC development team is seeking an enthusiastic co-op candidate to help with design and verification activities for leading-edge ASICs targeting the WaveLogic family of products. You will work within a team of designers, verification engineers and architects.
Requirements
- Working towards completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Foundational knowledge of circuit design and digital logic
- Demonstrated proficiency with OOP coding in C++, Python, or other programming language
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hardware design using Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL
- Scripting
- DSP
Responsibilities
- Assist with module coding, optimization, tool-related infrastructure
- Functional testing of design blocks, environment development
- Coding scripts, common components to improve team productivity
