Under the direction of the Vice President of Player Development Asian Marketing, the incumbent promotes and maintains integrity and high caliber customer service to all patrons and employees. Ability to make independent decisions within boundaries of authority; effective interpersonal relations skills; work schedule flexibility required. Must possess well-developed tactful problem-solving skills with ability to apply ingenuity and creativity towards resolution. Responsible for achieving established annual goals regarding the following: total theoretical revenue and profit, total actual revenue and profit, and new/reactivated player quotas.
