Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) face a significantly higher risk of drowning due to wandering tendencies and a natural attraction to water. As an ASD Survival Swim Instructor, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of children and their families—providing confidence, independence, and invaluable peace of mind. We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and highly attentive ASD Survival Swim Instructor to provide individualized, one-on-one swim and water safety instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related sensory, communication, or developmental differences. This role requires creativity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to meeting each swimmer where they are. Our instructors create a supportive learning environment while teaching essential survival skills that can make a life-saving difference.
