About The Position

The ASC Solutions Architect is the commercial solutioning and deal-architecture lead for complex ambulatory surgery center opportunities. The role partners with ASC Development Leaders, regional and account sales teams, product specialists, finance, Healthcare Financial Services, service, legal, compliance, operations, and other stakeholders to translate customer requirements into coordinated, customer-centered, financially sound, and executable multi-modality solutions. The Solutions Architect owns the development of integrated equipment and service bundles, configurations, quotes, financing pathways, deal economics, approval materials, and commercial execution plans, supporting a consistent experience from discovery through booked order and implementation handoff. The role designs scalable ASC bundles and standard configurations; evaluates deal economics, pricing, financing options, and commercial structures; coordinates multi-modality quotes and governance approvals; and facilitates cross-functional pursuit and execution. It supports customer discovery and solution reviews, anticipates implementation risks, and provides structured post-booking handoffs. The position also develops and improves standard work, templates, approval workflows, and tools, applying Lean and structured problem-solving methods to improve speed, quality, transparency, and scalability. The role’s success is measured by solution and quote cycle time, configuration and financial accuracy, adoption of repeatable bundles, pricing and margin performance, cross-functional coordination, implementation readiness, reduction in rework and delays, and contribution to opportunity progression, orders, revenue, profitability, and strategic account growth. Travel is required 30% of the time. U.S.-based pay range is $100,000–$150,000 annually, with possible performance-based incentive compensation. The company does not sponsor employment visas for this opening.
