This position will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and engage with the customer on the NGG contract. Primary responsibilities include: - Providing ongoing, sound financial leadership to the program execution and proposal teams - Meeting financial reporting requirements to internal and external customers - Earned value/cost management, budget development and analyses - Ensuring proper application and compliance with financial policies and procedures. This position will require the ability to perform across multiple contracts with complex contract structures in a dynamic environment. Additionally, this role has responsibility for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. This position will include direct customer & DCMA interaction. This person must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. US citizenship required.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation or any other cost management tools or anything related
  • Experience with internal and external financial reporting requirements and the monthly business rhythms or anything similar
  • Proven leadership in managing/leading (formal or informal), motivating and mentoring a diverse team
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
  • US citizenship required

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to manage many projects/tasks at one time
  • Experience managing business operations on large government contracts of various types
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related field
  • 5+ years of related finance experience
  • Currently active Top Secret clearance
