About The Position

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. This role manages business office functions, collaborates daily with nurse managers to maximize care quality and financial performance in the Center for Cardiac and Vascular Intervention (CCVI) efficiently and safely. The ASC Business Office Manager manages human resources (HR), supervising subordinate colleagues directly. They also manage the revenue cycle, accounts payable activities, reception, admissions, verifications, collections, and surgery scheduling. Additionally, this role manages medical records administration, consults with the patient accounting system vendor, and manages administrative contracts, equipment, and supplies. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency)
  • Three (3) years of job-related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in office management, business administration, healthcare management, or a closely related field
  • Five (5) or more years of job-related experience
  • Management experience
