We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asbestos Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects from start to finish while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Requirements

  • Must be licensed and certified as an Asbestos Supervisor
  • Previous asbestos abatement project management experience required
  • Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and safety procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration, demolition, or environmental services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial asbestos abatement projects
  • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state asbestos regulations
  • Coordinate inspections, air monitoring, permits, and project documentation
  • Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and project walkthroughs
  • Track job costs, materials, labor, and project progress
  • Communicate with customers, consultants, adjusters, and internal teams
  • Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety policies
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
