About The Position

Our client, a prestigious Am 100 law firm, is seeking to fill an immediate opening within its virtual office for an Asbestos Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience handling all phases of asbestos-related litigation, including conducting depositions, drafting briefs, and participating in court appearances. Applicants must hold an active bar license and be residents of South Carolina. This position involves close collaboration with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience handling all phases of asbestos-related litigation
Active bar license
Resident of South Carolina
