Freelance Asana Consultant - Product Development Workflow (Fashion/DTC)
About The Position
Printfresh is seeking a highly experienced Asana consultant to restructure and optimize our product development and production workflows. The current Asana system has become overly task-heavy and calendar-driven, hindering its use as an operational tool. The goal is to rebuild this into a clear, scalable system that enhances visibility, accountability, and execution across Design, Product Development, and Production timelines. The consultant will audit the existing setup, restructure it into a clean, stage-based pipeline (Concept → Design → Development → Sampling → Finalization), and streamline workflows for both Sleep and Apparel categories. Key tasks include establishing clear ownership, simplifying task structures, building leadership dashboards for status and blockers, creating templates for seasonal product cycles, and training the team on effective system usage.
Requirements
- Deep experience with Asana (advanced level required)
- Strong understanding of product development workflows (fashion, retail, or consumer goods highly preferred)
- Experience building systems for cross-functional teams (design, PD, production, merchandising)
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive systems
- Comfortable pushing back and recommending better ways of working
