About The Position

Artwork Project Manager (LDB Division- CeraVe) Founded in 1919 as Phototype, and recently rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company, focused first on caring for people. We are composed of three separate branded business units (Coach House, Amplify and Phototype) where we Design, Optimize and Protect brands. There are over 400 of us across the US, Europe, and Asia. Won’t you join us? We’d love to have you on our team! The Artwork Project Manager represents Olberding Brand Family and manages projects for our client's In-House Creative Team. The work represents an expansive range from temporary and permanent POP materials to printed elements and packaging. The Artwork Project Manager monitors and communicates artwork project milestones and progress to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. The Artwork Project Manager partners with In-House Creative on seamless delivery of all final creative items produced while also working to identify and resolve project issues by using strong technical and brand knowledge. Additionally, this candidate will assist the client and work to support Olberding's Client Engagement Manager and Team Leader in delivering an excellent client service experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Project Management at a creative agency or customer service industry
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, and production artwork preferred
  • College degree (e.g., Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent experience within appropriate discipline such as Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising

Nice To Haves

  • Cosmetics or consumer product company knowledge or experience a plus
  • Knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, and production artwork preferred

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and escalate bottlenecks and push for approvals while staying on track with established critical dates
  • Route artwork in client-based tool for cross-functional approvals
  • Constantly optimize people, processes, and tools in creative operation scope for the highest possible quality & efficient results.
  • Assist in implementing established best practices across teams to optimize workflows, timelines, tools & cost, increase efficiencies, and lead to the highest quality creative outputs.
  • Partner with your supervisor in identifying technology gaps inhibiting the teams and project progression, offering solutions to help eliminate these gaps.
